Salus Traffic works with clients across Ontario whose projects require careful traffic management, signage, pavement markings, and engineering support. Each industry has its own scheduling pressures, compliance requirements, and communication expectations, and our teams are structured to handle all of them. Below are the three industries that make up the majority of our work.

INDUSTRIES SALUS TRAFFIC SERVES ACROSS ONTARIO
INDUSTRIES WE SERVE
Salus Traffic works across Ontario with clients whose projects demand more than standard traffic control. Every industry we serve comes with its own timelines, compliance requirements, and communication expectations — and our teams are built to meet all of them. From complex infrastructure builds to routine municipal maintenance, we bring the same level of preparation, accountability, and expertise to every project we take on.
Infrastructure and Transportation
Infrastructure projects are the largest and most visible work zones in Ontario. Salus Traffic supports P3 infrastructure projects, LRT construction, highway expansions, interchange rebuilds, and transit corridor work across the GTA and beyond. These projects run for years, involve multiple staging phases, and require close coordination with the MTO, Metrolinx, regional governments, and prime contractors. Our teams provide consistent personnel across the duration of the project, maintain updated traffic control plans as staging advances, deploy the equipment fleet needed for freeway-scale work, and document everything to the standards that inspectors and owners require.
Municipal and Public Works
Municipalities across Ontario rely on traffic control services for road maintenance, capital construction, emergency repairs, and ongoing operations. Salus Traffic supports public works departments in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Hamilton, Oakville, and other cities with flagging crews, lane closures, sign installation, pavement markings, and Book 7 plans. We understand municipal procurement processes, standing offer arrangements, and the documentation that public works directors need for their records.
UTILITIES AND DEVELOPMENT
Hydro, telecom, water, gas, and subdivision development projects all involve frequent road occupations, often at short notice. Salus Traffic serves utility contractors across Ontario with same-day and emergency response, Book 7 compliant setups for locates and repairs, and full support for planned maintenance programs. We coordinate with Ontario One Call processes, understand the urgency of gas leak and live hydro scenarios, and have crews trained to work safely alongside utility personnel.
